Specimen Aural Tests

As aural test is part of the ABRSM practical graded music exams, “Specimen Aural Tests” (Grade 1 to 8) covers the following practices:
  • Tests descriptions appeared in the syllabus
  • Music pieces with wide and different range of musical styles
  • Examiner rubrics/terminology – words that are used by the examiner
  • Model answers – guidance for appropriate responses for the aural test in practical exam

    • Specimen Aural Tests provide adequate practices for students to be fully prepared and equipped for practical graded music exam. Good performance in aural test will result in useful extra marks!
