Metronome
It is functioned as a way for musicians to maintain constant tempo. The tempo desired by the musicians may vary; hence, it can be adjusted according to the needs of the musicians. Tempo is normally measured in Beats per Minute (BPM) only. Metronome is used so that the musicians could learn to have a consistent tempo. Besides that, it can also help the musicians to polish their techniques such as increasing the speed or slowing down the tempo during performance. Other than that, it can be served as a marking to determine the speed of the songs played.
